How much is a premium custom jersey?

Premium custom sublimated jerseys start from $24.99 AUD excluding GST ($27.49 including GST) each in Premium Polyester, minimum 15. Freight, fabric upgrades, complete kits and additional garments are quoted separately. Specifications, price and timing are confirmed before you proceed.

Which sports can you create teamwear for?

We welcome cricket, soccer, rugby league, rugby union, AFL, basketball, netball, hockey, volleyball, tennis, badminton, table tennis, pickleball, baseball, softball, running and athletics teams. Choose your sport or tell us what your club needs. We confirm the garment style and suitable fabric in your quote.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 15 custom sublimated jerseys. Shorts, complete kits, outerwear and accessories are quoted separately.

Can we add our logo, sponsors, names and numbers?

Yes. Include your club crest, sponsor artwork and player list in your brief. We confirm the artwork, placements and pricing for your order before production.

Do we need a finished design?

You can bring finished artwork, choose a design from a sports range, or share your team colours and an idea. We review the brief and prepare artwork for your approval.

Which fabric should our team choose?

Start with your sport, preferred feel and budget. Premium polyester is the starting option; performance mesh, 4-way stretch and 4-way stretch mesh offer different construction and movement. Compare the fabric guide or ask us to help.

Can you work to our season or event date?

Tell us the date you need the kit when you enquire. We confirm production and delivery timing for your specific order before you proceed. Artwork approval and the final size list affect scheduling.

How is sublimation different from DTF printing?

Sublimation colours suitable polyester fabric and works well for all-over jersey designs. DTF applies a printed transfer to a garment and is often useful for logos on ready-made apparel. We can help you choose the right route for your team.

Do you supply teams outside Sydney?

Yes. Twill Press is based in Marsden Park, Sydney, and works with clubs, schools and academies across Australia. Your quote confirms the delivery arrangements for your order.
