From your idea to something real.
Choose a product online or send us a brief. We’ll guide the garment, artwork and production details so your order moves forward with clarity.

Two easy ways to begin
Pick the pathway that fits the job.
Simple apparel orders can begin in the shop. Larger, specialist or multi-product projects are better handled through a guided quote.

Start your brief →The journey
Four clear stages.
The exact details vary by product, but the order always follows the same sensible flow.
Choose the product
Start with apparel, uniforms, teamwear, headwear, signage or promotional merchandise. If you are unsure, send the brief and we’ll help narrow it down.

Add artwork or send the brief
Use Design Your Own where available, or tell us the artwork, position, quantity and intended use. Send the best-quality logo file you have.

Review and confirm
We check the supplied details, product suitability and artwork. Quote-led work is confirmed before it moves into production.

Production and dispatch
Once the required details and approval are in place, the job enters production and is prepared for your selected delivery or collection pathway.

What helps us help you
A stronger brief makes everything smoother.
Good to know
Quick answers before you begin.
Can I buy garments without printing?
Yes. Products offering both pathways show Buy Blank and Design Your Own options on the product page.
What if my artwork is low quality?
Send the best file you have. We can review its production suitability and advise whether preparation, simplification or redraw work is required.
When should I request a quote?
Use the quote pathway for larger quantities, uniforms, teamwear, several products, specialist placements, individual names or numbers, signage and other project-based work.
Can I supply my own garment?
Customer-supplied garments require assessment first because fabric, coatings, construction and replacement risk can affect decoration suitability.
