Check the shirt measurements against a garment that fits. Confirm the chart applies to your selected style, and keep adult and junior sizes separate.

Include training, coach and supporter garments in the same brief if needed. Ready-made clothing, decoration and accessories are quoted separately from a custom jersey or dress.

Prepare your team list

Use one row for each personalised garment or player. For identical garments without individual names or numbers, combine the same garment, size and design into one row with the total quantity.

Open the CSV in your spreadsheet app and add rows as needed. Keep player numbers as text if you need a leading zero. Send only the details needed for the garments.

Artwork approval checklist
  • Send the original crest and sponsor-logo files you have, plus a clear reference for colours and design.
  • Confirm the garment style, front and back design, logo positions and the full design reference or catalogue series.
  • Check every player name, number and position patch against the final team list, including spelling and capital letters.
  • Review the final artwork, quantities and size breakdown before approving production. Nominate one person to approve on behalf of the team.

The starting price includes GST and applies to a custom sublimated jersey, with a minimum of 15 jerseys. Complete kits, shorts, outerwear and accessories are priced separately. Final specifications, availability and delivery timing are confirmed in your quote.
