All custom and personalised products are made specifically for you. As a result, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, approved artwork errors, or design changes after artwork approval.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Please carefully review all spelling, names, numbers, logos, colours, garment sizes, and print placement before approving your artwork.

Once approved, production will begin based on the final proof, and changes may no longer be possible or may incur additional charges.

Colour Variation Notice

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings, garment fabrics, printing methods, and the production process.

Minor colour variations are a normal part of custom apparel printing.

Customer-Supplied Garment Notice

Customer-Supplied Garments

Garments supplied by customers are printed entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Twill Press cannot guarantee print performance or garment behaviour on products that were not supplied by us.

DTF Transfer Notice

DTF Transfers

For DTF transfers applied by the customer, final results depend on correct application, including temperature, pressure, pressing time, fabric type, and application technique.

Twill Press is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect application or improper storage after delivery.

Production Timeframes

All turnaround times are estimates and begin only after payment, artwork, and order details have been fully approved.

Urgent orders may incur additional rush fees and are subject to acceptance by Twill Press.
